- Grilled Chicken Breasts [2008/8/03]

Lemon Soy Veal
(serves 4)
4 chicken breasts without the bone
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
2 tspn freshly grated ginger
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Brush chicken with this mixture and allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat barbecue or grill and place chicken about 10cm from heat. Cook for about 10 minutes per side until juices run clear when pieced gently with a skewer.
